We would like to thank you in advance for your interest in our show that is scheduled for 2020. This is a juried show, so you will need to either send pictures or attach pictures to your electronic application.

The March 13-15, 2020 show will be held at the Ocean City Convention Center. This is an inside show with electric at all booths. Also, there are a limited number of 10 x 10 booths-first registration basis. Set up will be Thursday, March 12, 10am 5pm and Friday, March 13, 8am to 10am. The show hours will be 11am-5pm on Friday, 8am-5pm on Saturday and 10am-3pm on Sunday. Tear down will be Sunday from 3pm-6pm. The 10 x 10 booth fee will be $250 and the 8 x 10 booth fee will be $200 AND 1 door prize per booth. There is a $25 discount if your booth is paid in full by December 1, 2019.

We are going to have a couple of challenges with our show this year. Saturday will be the annual Ocean City St. Patricks Day Parade, that they bill as the largest in the State. It goes from 60th Street South to 45th Street. The Convention Center is located at 40th Street, so technically, we are not on the parade route, but lots of people park at the Convention Center and traffic is awful-the police change Coastal Highway to 1 lane going in both directions. So, to help alleviate the traffic for our customers, I want to open at 8 am on Saturday and stay open until 5 pm. I know thats a long day, but I feel we need to do that in order to get our customers. In all my advertising, I will stress that on Saturday, they will need to come to us by coming in on the Route 50 bridge, but you know that no one reads anything (I hope you are reading this).
