Howard County Recreation & Parks provides artists and crafters with the opportunity of presenting and selling their work at the annual Holiday Mart hosted at the Gary J. Arthur Community Center. This will be the 47th year highlighting the creative spirit of fine artists and craftspersons. Holiday Mart offers shoppers an exceptional selection of maker-designed goods curated and juried.
