The 2019 Fine Arts Fair in Oxford, Maryland is being held on the 3-day weekend before Memorial Day. Over the years that the show has been held, it has consistently attracted affluent and culturally educated buyers, thanks to the quality of the exhibitors, as well as an extensive marketing campaign. The event is a juried show and sale that is held annually to support the Oxford Community Center, a non-profit 501(C)(3) that has served as a community resource for over 80 years and continues to provide a year-round schedule of educational, cultural, and recreational programs and events.

Friday night, May 17th, the Preview Party opens the show by creating a fun evening where attendees, artists, and their guests mingle, view the exhibit, and buy art. Heavy hors d'oeurves and an open bar are plentiful. Saturday, the event is open to the public and dinner at a local restaurant is arranged for artists and their guests if interested in attending. On Sunday, the show is open once again to the public. The venue accommodates both inside and outside exhibit spaces and the onsite food service will be expanded this year with breakfast items in addition to the lunch available for purchase both Saturday and Sunday.
