| Description: | From 35th annual Kris Kringle Holiday Craft Show Website: The event began as a local fund raiser through which non-perishable foods and toys were collected by the late Haven Hoffman, long known in the community as Mrs. Santa Claus. The show started in 1983 and is held at the ARCC at Hagerstown Community College. There are spaces for 250 vendors.
Proceeds from the show, including vendor fees minus expenses go to local non-profit organizations. Recent beneficiaries include Hospice of Washington County, Children's Village and the Salvation Army. Each year a different organization is slected.
