The four Rotary Clubs of Carroll CountySykesville, South Carroll, Mount Airy, Bonds Meadow, and Westminsterare very excited to announce their partnership in hosting the 5th Annual Rotary Oktoberfest of Carroll County fundraising event to be held at: The Danele Shipley Memorial Arena Carroll County Agriculture Center October 6th, 2018, 12:00 pm till 8:00 pm and October 7th, 2018, 12pm to 6pm.
This will be a fun-filled day with many family activities, as well as authentic style German foods, beers, and music. Festivities will include a "Roll Out the Barrel" Ceremony to be performed by local dignitaries, a Lederhosen and Dirndl Contest, Polka Dance contest, and a Chicken Dance Contest, with live entertainment all day.

Children's activities will include face painting, pumpkin painting, scarecrow making, magic shows, balloon sculptors, and many games. General admission is $10.00. Children ages 10 and under are free, as well as free admission for those arriving in authentic German attire.

Attendance of over one thousand people is anticipated.
