Thousands of people experienced the thrill of the giant Halloween Beach Maze over it's two weekend run in Ocean City Maryland. This year the Maze was bigger and better than ever with surprises around every corner! Kids of all ages were able to experience a friendly scare as they meandered the sands of the giant beach maze. Wicked witches, pirates of the sand, scary scarecrows, ghouls in the graveyard, a giant spider web, zombies and more joined in the fun. Also while finding their way through the maze families could play the "eye spy" game to look for zombie gnomes. Prizes were awarded hourly thanks to gift cards from local restaurants. The maze this year featured a giant "OCMD" in the middle that people walked through.

Another event that took part of the O.C.Toberfest events was the "Howl-O-Ween Pet Parade." Over 200 pets, from six different states, plus their owners and friends came out on Saturday, October 21st, dressed in their best costumes and paraded the boardwalk. Some of the top awards went to Eddie, a yellow lab, dressed as Thrasher French fries from California MD, Aspen a Great Dane dressed as the Beast and his owner dressed as Beauty, from Ocean View DE, Maggie & Fitz, a Dashshund & Golden Doodle dressed as Piglet and Eeyore while their family was dressed as Winnie the Pooh and Christopher Rovin from Hamoton VA, Hermit Munster, the Hermit crab from Churchton and Cole, Truman & Peral, Cocker Spaniels & French, who along with their family dressed as the Game of Thrones characters. The Worcester County Humane Society was on site collecting donations with some great pets available for adoption. Fun was had by all!
