2:00pm Reading of Parade Awards and Acknowledgements;
3:00pm Field Events begin hosted by Parks and Recreation
3:15pm Grand Opening, Flag Raising, Pledge and National Anthem by Sierra Segal; Invocation by Reverend Warren Litchfield
