The Great Frederick Fairgrounds features 44 buildings and over 40 acres of limitless opportunities. Located in Frederick, Maryland, our property is easily accessible off I-70, I-270 and U.S. 15 and from downtown Frederick. We are less than an hours drive from Baltimore and Washington, D.C., and surrounding areas. Seven commercial buildings are available for daily rental use ranging from $300 to $1,600 per day.

Featured at The Great Frederick Fairgrounds is the Null Building, 11,940 sq. ft. facility, that can easily seat groups of 500, and hold up to 900 people for any single event. Featuring its own sound system, Wi-Fi accessibility, restrooms, and full heating and air conditioning, the Null Building can host your special event for a variety of uses from wedding receptions, galas, expos and shows, and much more!
