Held in the Baltimore Harbor area, the Frozen Harbor Music Festival brings some of the hottest acts to Maryland to heat things up in the cold month of February. Revelers can see some of the areas hottest rock, hip hop and funk bands performing on multiple stages throughout the city over the course of the two-day festival. In addition to local talent, the event showcases bands from all over the North and Mid-Atlantic area, giving attendees a chance to discover some new music while enjoying old favorites.
