| Description: | From 33rd Annual Fall Arcadia Bluegrass Festival Website: Bluegrass festivals are bustling with all sorts of music, entertainment, vendors, and campers. 2016 Arcadia will be hosting it's 33rd annual Fall Festival. In the past, attendees have come from all over Maryland, as well as other states like Pennsylvania, Delaware, Virginia, West Virginia, and further away from New Jersey, New York, North and South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, & even California. The Festival's have even hosted attendees from Canada and Japan. Arcadia Bluegrass hosts some of the top names in the Bluegrass industry, who all perform over the course of the three-day festival. And, when there isn't a performance on stage, it's a safe bet that you can find a group of people pickin' in the parking lot, or by a camp fire. Even when the rain comes down, the music keeps playing on the indoor stage. During the festival, the Arcadia Kitchen is in full swing. The kitchen opens at 8:00 AM and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. So whether you've never been to a fesival before, or you come to them regularly, we look forward to seeing you and celebrating together. Arcadia is located just a short distance from many major towns with a variety of options for lodging, dining, and entertainment. For more information on the festival, download the flyer. There are rough camping spaces available for $5.00 per night, and approx. 300 electric sites are available for $15.00 per night. There is access to indoor bathrooms and shower facilities, as well as indoor seating in the activities building kitchen to enjoy your meal. Golf carts are permited on the grounds and you must have a valid drivers license to operate, but only in the parking and camping areas. No golf carts in concert area please. There is ice, food, and beverages available on the grounds. Authorized vendors are also setup, and security is always on duty.
