The Festival will transform the streets surrounding Rockville Town Square into an outdoor art gallery. A-RTS@Rockville Town Square highlights local, regional and national artists who sell only original art. More than 170 outstanding artists will be selected by an independent juried panel of fine art and fine craft professionals to fill the market with an array of wares, including glass, ceramics, jewelry, painting, photography, sculpture, woodworking, clothing and much more.
