Description: Seniors on the MOVE (Mature Operators Vehicular Education) is presented by AAA Foundation of Traffic Safety and Terry Ober, Community Traffic Safety Program Coordinator for Kent and Queen Annes counties. This two day educational presentation is to allow our mature drivers the opportunity to keep their driving priviledge while becoming aware of the changes in automobiles, roadways and especially our bodies. No Admission fee. These two classes are interactive, multi-session training that is designed to Self Regulation Theory to help older drivers better understand and utilize self regulation skills for safer driving.

January 12th - 10:00 am until 3:00 pm (lunch provided by the Moose)
Roadwise Review - Myra Wieman, AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety, discusses the body changes with aging and how to compensate and relate this to safe driving
Road Smart - Terry Ober, Community Traffic Safety Coordinator/Retired Md. State Trooper, explains the changes in our automobiles, roadways and explains the rules of the road for safer driving.

January 13th - 10:00 am until 3:00 pm (lunch provided by the Moose)
Safer Driving - Vickie Quimby, Safety Seat Technician, Queen Annes County Department of Health, will explain the stats related to seat belt usage and explain safety involving seat belt and child safety restraints.
Being Medwise to Stay Roadwise - Trish Draper, Edwards Pharmacy will explain medications and how some of them may affect drivers and their ability to drive safely.
